MIB Computers may be communicating with numerous websites and companies on behalf of your company as a means of optimization. While MIB Computers will maintain a high degree of professionalism during any communication the key focus will be towards establishing varying levels and degrees of relationships for search engine optimization purposes. These communications may include article submissions to specific websites and conversing directly with webmasters and individuals online. Any information submitted or communication by MIB Computers throughout the internet on behalf of your company will be documented and forwarded to the appropriate parties upon request.

By moving forward with any contract the client agrees that the place of engagement is where the work has been taken place according to MIB Computers.
In the event that a dispute should arise within any web design, SEO, SMO and/or otherwise any related services offered by MIB Computers that leads to a legal proceeding, the client agrees to settle the dispute at the place of engagement or in the jurisdiction of the MIB Computers Office.
